      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, or in person) to understand their needs and provide assistance
      - Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service
      - Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints, striving for first-contact resolution
      - Maintain a deep understanding of the employer's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
      - Document customer interactions accurately according to the employer's database and contact center platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Customer Service field; bilingual skills in a contact center are a strong asset
      - Fluent in both verbal and written English
      - Exceptional phone contact handling and active listening skills
      - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and other Office applications, including CRM systems (experience in SAP is a strong asset)
