What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer support, particularly in handling complex situations
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Technical proficiency to effectively utilize a computer for accessing customer information
- Strong critical thinking skills to address each caller's unique situation
