      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media
      - Respond promptly to all customer inquiries regarding billing, technical support, homeschooling, and product-related questions
      - Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest remedies to achieve satisfaction
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
      - Provide appropriate solutions or alternatives to customer concerns and follow up to ensure resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of customer service and retention experience, with call center and remote experience being a plus
      - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Outlook, email systems, and general internet usage
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Minimum of 1 year of homeschooling experience is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working in a remote customer service role
      - Familiarity with online education platforms or homeschooling resources
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
