      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure accurate and timely billing and payment for client-assigned healthcare accounts
      - Respond to telephone inquiries (both inbound and outbound) using standard procedures
      - Gather information, perform research, and resolve customer inquiries
      - Communicate resolution options to customers and assess their needs
      - Assist in planning and implementing departmental goals to improve efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or college degree from an accredited institution
      - Two to five years of experience in medical revenue cycle management preferred
      - Proven understanding of the medical revenue cycle and HIPAA regulations
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Proven PC proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Spanish fluency preferred
      - Medical experience, either practical or classroom knowledge
