      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the first point of contact for parents, students, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
      - Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
      - Maintain accurate records of communications and ensure all requests and concerns are logged and addressed
      - Assist with the enrollment process, guiding prospective families through application procedures
      - Coordinate logistics for school events and parent meetings, ensuring clear communication with the community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service or administration preferred
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude toward diverse populations
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
