What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate quality and accurate quotations, purchase orders, and work orders to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain and grow sales from current and past customers while prospecting for new business
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of orders in Oracle
- Coordinate scheduling and delivery for multiple plant sites
- Act as a liaison between manufacturing and customers, providing product knowledge and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High math aptitude to assist customers with calculations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Minimum educational requirement: 2-year post-secondary education; Bachelor's degree is desirable
- 2+ years of experience in construction product sales preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous roofing experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
- Project management and negotiation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
