What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to Inbound/Outbound call inquiries
- Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions
- Route mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned
- Compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Adhere to AFMC, state, and federal protocols regarding data confidentiality/security and HIPAA compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess intermediate level computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Type 50 wpm
- Valid driver's license
- 6 months call center experience
- High School Diploma
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year customer service experience
