What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls from patients, utilizing empathy and listening skills to understand their medical history and challenges with fertility
- Coordinate fertility plans and medications with both patients and physicians to ensure process efficiency
- Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details
- Resolve customer issues and ensure 100% follow-up to enhance the patient experience
- Escalate complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for appropriate action
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid CPhT license if residing in Arizona; valid MA Tech license Preferred CPhT if residing in Massachusetts
- Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet
- Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts

- Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Familiarity with fertility medications and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a fast-paced work environment
