      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customers, both internally and externally, with a high level of service regarding all inquiries, orders, and shipments
      - Handle all inbound customer service calls and perform outbound calls as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Build and maintain customer relationships while responding promptly and accurately to all customer contacts
      - Assist clients and medical staff throughout the delivery life cycle of the company's service
      - Manage escalated customer issues and ensure timely follow-up

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with relevant experience
      - 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or contact center (consumer market) or 4+ years with an Associate degree
      - Strong interpersonal, customer service, and phone skills
      - Ability to communicate effectively (both written and orally)
      - Must be highly reliable and motivated to excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven understanding of fundamental call center metrics and performance management techniques
      - Experience working with cross-functional departments and teams
      - Superior planning, organizational, and time management skills
      - Basic typing, computer skills, and data entry experience preferred
      - No client or employee complaints against the representative for inappropriate behavior or handling of a situation
