What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain strict confidentiality of all reports and submissions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong typing skills and basic computer proficiency
- Ability to maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled work hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
