- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and persuasively
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience handling a high volume of calls daily
- Familiarity with service packages, parts, and warranty programs
- Ability to meet or exceed a typing speed of 40 words per minute
