What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Advise customers on services, parts, and maintenance packages tailored to their preferences
- Address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes, providing detailed explanations
- Educate customers on cost-saving opportunities and maintenance plans to enhance vehicle performance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments using CRM software
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills to confidently engage with customers
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services, including familiarity with service packages
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience handling a high volume of customer calls
- Meet or exceed a typing speed of 40 words per minute
