      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
      - Help customers resolve basic technical issues
      - Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
      - Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
      - Offer additional products and/or services
      - Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - The ability to speak fluent French and English
      - 1+ year of customer service experience
      - A high school diploma or GED
      - A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
      - Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Eagerness to learn new technologies
      - A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing
