      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
      - Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
      - Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
      - Maintain knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and computers
      - Offer additional products and services to customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must speak fluent French and English
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - High school diploma or GED
      - A quiet, distraction-free environment for remote work
      - Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PC systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
      - Eagerness to learn new technologies
      - Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
