Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and address customer needs
- Build and maintain trust through open and interactive discussions
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information using the right tools
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain customer records and process accounts
Requirements:
- Preferably some customer support or client service experience
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Experience with iOS and MacOS
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Salary: $30,000-$40,000/year
