What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process bookings, revisions, cancellations, and all aspects of reservations with high accuracy
- Provide exceptional guest service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
- Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring a professional demeanor at all times
- Upsell or add value to existing bookings to assist in achieving departmental revenue goals
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windstar systems for guests and travel advisors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally with professionalism and confidence
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter with excellent task management skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations is preferred
- Familiarity with the travel industry and customer service best practices
