What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer usage and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- Must have high-speed internet for remote work
