What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, edit, process, and verify the accuracy of service requests from customers using various inbound systems
- Initiate and follow up on required actions in response to customer service change requests
- Communicate and collaborate with departmental personnel to address customer inquiries
- Recommend improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the Customer Call Center
- Provide support to other team members and assist in maintaining high standards of professionalism
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work on Eastern Standard Time
- Proficient computer skills
- Must possess a flexible schedule and be available for on-call shifts as needed
- Detail-oriented with the ability to make decisions and troubleshoot effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree
- Knowledge of D365 and Five9 systems
- Experience in a remote work setting
