What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service as part of the Client Services Team to meet retention goals
- Resolve client questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and thoroughly
- Build rapport and trust with clients through effective communication via phone and email
- Manage client accounts using CRM, documenting discussions with clarity
- Assist in reviewing enrollment information to support clients in completing the program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred
- Reliable internet speeds required for remote work
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in financial services, particularly banking, personal loans, or credit cards
- Previous debt settlement experience is highly advantageous
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed
