What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide the highest level of customer service as part of the Client Services Team to achieve retention goals
- Resolve client questions and concerns promptly and professionally
- Build rapport and trust with clients through effective communication via phone and email
- Manage client accounts and document discussions with detail using the CRM system
- Take and manage escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Reliable Internet speeds required
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience in financial services, particularly banking, personal loans, or credit cards
- Previous debt settlement experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and empathy towards clients
