What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide the highest level of customer service as part of the Client Services Team to achieve retention goals
- Resolve client questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and thoroughly
- Build rapport and trust with clients through open communication via phone and email
- Manage client accounts using CRM and document discussions with detail and clarity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client success in the debt resolution program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred
- Reliable internet speeds required
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluent in Spanish
- Experience in financial services, particularly in banking, personal loans, and credit cards
- Previous debt settlement experience is a huge plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
