What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone with minimal distractions
- Computer/technology savvy with the ability to operate multiple windows
- Typing Assessment required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service
