What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers in a call center setting and identify the type of assistance needed
- Focus on resolving issues on the first call while navigating complex computer systems
- Deliver information and answer questions positively to foster strong relationships with members and providers
- Document required information in computer systems while actively listening to customer concerns
- Research complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. call center, customer service, office, etc.)
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work Monday - Friday during normal business hours of 8:35am - 5:05pm PST and occasional overtime as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous healthcare experience
- Prior call center experience
