      Primary Responsibilities:

      - Quickly and accurately identify and address individual customer needs, providing an excellent customer experience
      - Handle incoming calls on the Motion and UHC Rewards Program
      - Troubleshoot technical issues with activity trackers and the Motion Program app, UHC App, and MyUHC.com website
      - Answer questions about program earnings and points
      - Educate customers on program benefits and changes

      Secondary Responsibilities:

      - Respond to customers in a compassionate, polite, and courteous manner, even in stressful situations
      - Assist customers in navigating unitedhealthcaremotion.com and other activity tracker apps
      - Consistently meet productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards

      Requirements:

      - High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
      - Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules (8 ½ hour shift with 30-minute lunch) during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 7:00 pm EST

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, or benefit plan design
      - Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
      - Experience with technical troubleshooting
      - Customer service or call center experience
      - Currently part of UHC Benefit Operations and Experience

      Additional Information:

      - This position is full-time and requires flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
      - Telecommuters must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
      - All Telecommuters must reside within the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
      - Telecommuters must have a dedicated work area that provides information privacy and is separate from other living areas.
      - A UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection is required for telecommuting.
