What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephone assistance to Medicaid members and providers regarding benefits, eligibility, and services
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries efficiently to ensure excellent caller experience
- Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
- Communicate effectively with members and providers both orally and in writing
- Utilize company-provided equipment and maintain secure internet connectivity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must live within 50 miles of Charleston, WV
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Ability to work from home and demonstrate self-sufficiency
- Effective communication skills with members and providers
- Must commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working remotely in a call center setting
- Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare systems
