      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment
      - Handle a high volume of incoming calls, up to 80-100 per day
      - Assist with patient requests for appointments, insurance questions, and message transfers to clinical staff
      - Provide excellent customer service using available resources and standard work
      - Other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - 1+ years of experience in a related environment (e.g., customer service, administrative)
      - Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications
      - Ability to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours (7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST)
