What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment, handling 80-100 calls per day
- Assist patients with requests for appointments, insurance questions, and transferring calls for triage or refills
- Send messages through patient charts to on-site clinical staff as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while addressing patient inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related environment (e.g., call center, customer service)
- Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new systems
- Availability to work any of the 8-hour shifts during normal business hours of 7:00 am - 8:00 pm PST, including occasional overtime

- Previous healthcare experience
