What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls related to child support cases, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and privacy protocols
- Document all inquiries and track progress using appropriate systems
- Complete tasks according to established guidelines and meet quality assurance metrics
- Facilitate caller requests for materials via various communication channels
- Transfer consumers to appropriate entities and escalate issues as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must reside in the state of Kansas
