      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls from consumers regarding child support cases, ensuring adherence to performance standards and privacy policies
      - Track and document all inquiries accurately using applicable systems
      - Complete associated tasks in accordance with established guidelines
      - Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics
      - Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication and customer service skills
      - Must reside in the state of Kansas
