What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers, identifying the type of assistance needed
- Resolve issues on the first call, navigating complex computer systems for accurate responses
- Deliver information positively to build strong relationships with providers and their staff
- Document provider issues to track trends and improve service delivery
- Work full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to listen skillfully and respond to customers compassionately
- Skilled in problem-solving with proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications
- Flexibility to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in an office, administrative, clerical, or customer service environment
- Prior healthcare experience
