What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers and identify their assistance needs
- Resolve issues on the first call, navigating complex computer systems to provide accurate information
- Deliver information and answer questions positively to build strong relationships with providers
- Document provider issues and report overall trends effectively
- Develop knowledge of various products and benefits to assist providers in a high-volume setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn complex systems
- Demonstrated skills in listening, collecting information, and responding compassionately to customers
- Ability to work Monday - Friday, during normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment (e.g., office, administrative, customer service) using phones and computers as primary tools
- Prior healthcare experience
