Job Description
- Req#: 1450
- Receive and process orders via phone, fax, and Web orders, according to customers' desired delivery dates and volumes.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers and sales managers, in response to a wide range of inquiries or complaints, and provide satisfactory resolutions, as a required.
- Track shipments for customers or sales mangers on an as-needed basis.
- Initiate return authorizations via LTL carrier or UPS call tags, based on established corporate and departmental guidelines.
- Complete end-of-day reports and processes.
- Record appropriate notes as relates to inquiries regarding order status, concerns and comments, and advice supervisors and department head of trends or patterns in products or practices, which may need improvement or development.
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service-related field.
- MS Office, Lawson, and Netsuite experience.
- Keyboarding and data entry experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
- A cooperative, positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem resolution skills.

Overview
Responsible for receiving, responding, and investigating all customer service inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and concerns requiring analysis of each situation to determine the best approach and use of resources, in order to meet corporate objectives.
