      In a world of self-service, sometimes we reach a point when we need to pick up the phone and ask for help. Do you enjoy being that helpful voice on the other end of the phone? Lottery is hiring three (3) bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our Call Center team to guide our our retailers, players and Lottery staff to the fastest and easiest resolution. This is a remote position, but you will attend up to 6 weeks of training on site in Salem, OR.

      Position #1 - Tuesday to Saturday - 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

      Position #2 - Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday - 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

      Position #3 - Wednesday to Saturday - 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM

      ¡Estos puestos también son elegibles para el diferencial de turnos para las horas trabajadas los fines de semana! La diferencia de turnos de fin de semana es del 10% para las horas trabajadas en sábado o domingo.

      You will report to the Supervisor, Customer Service and provide intermediate technical support to retailers, players and field staff. You will dispatch service calls to field staff and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

      You Will:
      • Apply Lottery Management Core Values and Expectations in performing daily activities. Ensure conduct embodies the principles of fairness, integrity, security, and honesty. Support and integrate into their work the Lottery's commitment to:

      • Provide technical support.
      • Assist field staff and training to retailers and players on Lottery products and equipment.
      • Provide follow up to ensure appropriate service is provided.
      • Dispatches technicians.
      • Help with Lottery ticket inventory.
      • Communicate product and marketing information.
      • Provide internal support throughout the Lottery.


      You Have:

      Minimum Qualifications
      • Associate's Degree and one (1) year of experience in customer service; OR
      • Three (3) years of experience in customer service

      Special Qualifications
      • Bilingual in the following languages: Spanish
