What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with players to provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer/tablet/cell phone applications
- Respond to and process inbound calls, real-time chat communications, and emails
- Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers
- Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- 2 or more years of inbound/support call center experience
- 1 or more years of remote work experience with set KPIs
- Reliable internet and ability to pass internet speed test
- Ability to travel to lottery headquarters once each quarter
- Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs
- Experienced with troubleshooting internet connectivity, app, and browser issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong typing and data entry skills
