What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide requested information on products, pricing, and account services
- Accurately record customer information and maintain detailed notes related to issues or accounts
- Resolve customer complaints and discrepancies through effective one-call resolution strategies
- Assist customers with account status, invoicing, and payment activities
- Identify and communicate service trends and alert management to unresolved service concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a high call volume environment
- Strong knowledge of customer service processes, including complaint handling and Accounts Receivable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to answer phones professionally
- Proven work ethic with a positive attitude and strong initiative
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle software is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to monitor and drive company service programs effectively
- Flexibility to work various schedules including nights and weekends
