What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
- Identify customer concerns and offer effective solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of calls, including actions taken and follow-up requirements
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Adhere to quality assurance guidelines during all phone interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to sit for extended periods and pass a background check
- Reliable internet connection capable of hardwiring via ethernet cable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluently bilingual in Spanish
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
- License(s) in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance
- Previous Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one for government clients
