What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers with website-related issues, including passwords, account permissions, and troubleshooting
- Document issues in the ticketing system and collaborate with other departments for resolution
- Identify and communicate customer needs, issues, and perceptions
- Create accurate case notes regarding customer interactions and follow up on issue resolution
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Minimum of three years of customer service or call center experience; automotive experience preferred
- General automotive knowledge required
- Ability to work independently and meet internal and external time commitments
- Excellent interpersonal skills for conflict resolution and customer interaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with repossession systems and technical support ticket systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce for customer relationship management
