      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to educate customers about their warranty options
      - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively
      - Maintain composure and positivity while managing challenging customer interactions
      - Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Stay updated on automotive industry knowledge, including vehicle repair procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role with a focus on conflict resolution
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse audiences
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
      - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
      - Previous experience working in a call center setting
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and emotional resilience in customer interactions
      - A passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving targets
      - Ability to work well under pressure and meet time-sensitive requirements
