What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, educating customers about their warranties
- Anticipate customer needs and provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and conflicts effectively
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging customer interactions
- Meet time-sensitive deliverables in a dynamic call center setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Experience in the automotive industry is a significant plus
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV
- Ability to work from home with a reliable and secure internet connection

- Familiarity with vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
