What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate customers on warranty options and answer their inquiries
- Navigate customer interactions with high emotional intelligence and resolve conflicts effectively
- Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment, meeting time-sensitive tasks
- Anticipate customer needs and contribute to the enhancement of self-service options
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging customer calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, focusing on conflict resolution
- Experience in the automotive industry, including knowledge of vehicle repair shop procedures, is a plus
- Ability to work from home with a reliable and secure internet connection
- Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV
