      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process bookings, revisions, cancellations, and booking notes with high accuracy using the reservation system
      - Provide exceptional guest service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
      - Assist in achieving departmental revenue goals by upselling or adding value to existing bookings
      - Troubleshoot and assist guests or travel advisors with issues related to Windstar systems
      - Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures while demonstrating knowledge of Windstar products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous customer service experience preferred
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and confidence
      - Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Self-starter with excellent task management skills
      - Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations
      - Familiarity with call center environments
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Knowledge of travel industry trends and customer preferences
