**Responsibilities:**
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to provide satisfactory solutions.
- Build and maintain trust through open and interactive discussions.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information using the appropriate tools.
- Manage customer complaints, find appropriate solutions, and ensure resolution.
**Requirements:**
- Preferably some experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Experience with iOS and MacOS.
- Availability to work nights and some weekends.
- Ability to work 4 days a week from 1-11pm CST or 5 days a week from 3-11pm CST.
- Alternate Saturdays from 8am-6pm CST.
**Salary:**
- $30,000-$40,000 per year.
