      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns
      - Process requests for initiating or terminating services, ensuring a smooth customer experience
      - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and guiding customers through solutions
      - Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
      - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Prior experience in customer service is mandatory
      - Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
      - Superb attendance, ensuring availability when customers need assistance
