What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Process incoming requests including order entry, order status verification, and handling return orders
- Maintain accurate record-keeping in accordance with employer specifications to ensure quality for all orders
- Interpret and explain detailed processes and procedures to customers
- Support additional team and organizational projects as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP)
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX)
- Familiarity with PowerBI and/or Genesys
