      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls from patients, insurance companies, and physician offices
      - Resolve patient inquiries and complaints related to billing, claims, and payments
      - Document all customer interactions and actions taken for resolution
      - Communicate account situations in a clear and understandable manner
      - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduate or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of collection experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in math skills for calculating charges, payments, and adjustments
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with limited supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in business administration or a related field
      - Experience in a healthcare organization
      - Knowledge of insurance processing and guidelines
      - Basic understanding of CPT, ICD-9, and ASA codes
      - Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
