      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist customers with pre and post-purchase inquiries, ensuring a great customer experience
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to rental sales, increasing leads and new customers
      - Coordinate with Maintenance and Asset Management to manage rental truck inventory levels
      - Enhance productivity through effective workflow management and scheduling
      - Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain necessary files

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales and/or customer service
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing conditions
      - High level of energy and self-motivation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role within the transportation or logistics industry
      - Bilingual proficiency in French and Spanish
