What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate accurate quotations, purchase orders, and work orders to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain and grow sales from current and past customers while prospecting new business
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in Oracle for order processing
- Act as a liaison between manufacturing and customers, providing product knowledge and support
- Schedule and coordinate delivery for multiple plant sites
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High math aptitude to calculate square footage for customer orders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Minimum 2-year post-secondary education required; Bachelor's degree is desirable
- 2+ years of experience in construction product sales is a plus, but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous experience in roofing is advantageous
- Project management and negotiation skills
