What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Balancing all monies in cash drawers at the end of shifts
- Opening and maintaining various types of accounts
- Resolving customer account issues and problems
- Performing various financial transactions for customers
- Assisting in branch auditing procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working directly with the public
- Excellent verbal communication and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must meet FDIC standards and Bank requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in banking or customer service
- Knowledge of Teller compliance requirements
