      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer and triage all incoming calls to the Communications Center, directing them to the appropriate resources
      - Operate a multi-line, computerized phone system and radio communication equipment
      - Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests for service while communicating effectively with callers
      - Develop familiarity with service areas and medical facilities to provide informed assistance
      - Manage difficult interactions professionally and ensure effective communication flow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
      - Minimum of one (1) year of previous multi-line telephone experience or prior EMS experience
      - Ability to type a minimum of forty (40+) words per minute
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
      - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and spreadsheet software programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role
      - Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) programs
      - Experience in managing difficult customer interactions
