What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a sales and service representative for all Elevate Outdoor Collective brands
- Answer customer phone calls and respond to online order, return, and product inquiries
- Assist customers with technical and non-technical questions regarding product lines
- Process Return Authorizations and manage warranty claims in compliance with company policies
- Provide excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of customer relations experience
- Genuine interest and understanding of the Elevate Outdoor Collective products and sports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in outdoor retail sporting goods
- Familiarity with one or more of the Elevate Outdoor Collective brands and products
- Previous customer service experience in a related field
